What we do
PlayFit provides OfSTED registered childcare for children aged 2 - 11 years with healthy play activities integrated. We have sites in Loughborough, Rearsby, Enderby, and the City of Leicester all of which were rated good by OfSTED at their last inspection.
We help working parents and schools by providing affordable, quality, reliable childcare. We operate before, and after school, and also during holiday times*. We also operate a pre-school providing funded places for 2 - 4 year olds. Our provisions leads to healthy, engaged, happy children which in turn leads to happy parents and schools!

How we charge
Our Fees
We invoice for our fees based on how you use us:
If your usage varies from week to week we will invoice you each time you use us and automatically request payment from your bank.
If you require a regular place at regular times we will issue you with a bill every month showing the sessions you have booked.
Our preferred payment method is by Direct Debit using our provider GOCARDLESS. If your session requirements change we will amend your invoice and monthly direct debit accordingly.
Some customers also pay through a registered voucher provider. Contact us to see which voucher providers we use.
You can get help with childcare costs for children under 18.
You might be able to apply for Tax-Free Childcare, Tax Credits, Universal Credit, or help while you study.
You could also get free hours childcare when your child is aged 2 to 4 within our Pre-school.

How to Pay
Help with Fees
Pre-school Funded Places
If your child is 3 to 4 years old you may be able to get 30 hours free childcare (during school term time).
The childcare would stop when your child starts in reception class (or reaches compulsory school age, if later).
Eligibility depends on if you are working, your income (and your partner's income, if you have one), your child's age and circumstances, and your immigration status.
You can get 30 hours free childcare at the same time as claiming
Universal Credit, tax credits, childcare vouchers or Tax-Free Childcare.
You will not be eligible if your child does not usually live with you.
If you foster your child, you cannot use the online application to get 30 hours free childcare.
Speak to your social worker and your local authority if you want to apply.
You can apply from when your child is 2 years and 36 weeks old.
You must have a valid code by the end of the month before a new term starts.
Check with us to find out the exact date your 30 hours free childcare starts.
You have to reconfirm your eligibility every 3 months.
